Don runs one of the most diverse operations of the co-op. His main sales through TOG are with his shiitake mushrooms and some specialty potatoes. Our customers can also order his more exotic products, including fresh cut meats (suckling pig, lamb, goat, rabbit), quail eggs and escargot.
