The Lichty's farm in Bedford County, PA and when Eric isn't coaching basketball at the local high school, he's working his greenhouses to supply our customers with Asian Salad Mix or the newest rage in specialty greens. During the warmer seasons Shoestring also supplies TOG with broccoli, sweet corn, cucumbers, onions, peppers, zucchini and tomatoes.
